  • leadership- a social media manager will need leadership because they will be the core of the task. they will need to designate what tasks everyone is doing and make important decisions.
  • passion- to motivate everyone on his team so they are more efficient and can complete the work to the best ability.
  • speak up- show his team that he is in charge and that he has authority on every decision that he can make.
  • creativity- create work to the best ability and make creative decisions that will positively impact the task.
  • design skills- so they can pass on their skills and experience  to people below them in order to improve the quality and efficiency of their work.

    Hi Joel,

    Well done so far. Just on your note about Photoshop - as Ms points out, please do the task on Canva online.

    For the social media manager, please do the part apart progression and how someone doing that role progresses upwards in their career - what could they do next and how do they get to that stage?

    Finally, there are specific questions for etiquette, please answer them one by one on here.
